ผลของการสอนแบบโครงงานในวิชาการศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อการพัฒนามนุษย์ต่อเจตคติวิชาชีพการพยาบาล นักเรียนพยาบาลทหารอากาศ ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลทหารอากาศ กรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศ

Abstract

         การศึกษาวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการสอนแบบโครงงาน
ในวิชาการศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อการพัฒนามนุษย์ที่มีต่อเจตคติวิชาชีพการพยาบาลของนักเรียนพยาบาลทหารอากาศ (นพอ.) ชั้นปีที่ 1 ตัวอย่างเป็น นพอ. ชั้นปีที่ 1 ภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลทหารอากาศ กรมแพทย์ทหารอากาศที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมการวิจัย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 49 คน โดยเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการสอนแบบโครงงานในวิชาการศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อการพัฒนามนุษย์จำนวน 6 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การคิดและเลือกหัวข้อ 2) การศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและรวบรวมข้อมูล 3) การเขียนเค้าโครงของโครงงาน 4) การลงมือทำโครงงาน 5) การเขียนรายงานและ 6) การแสดงผลงาน สำหรับเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบวัดเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลแบ่งเป็น 4 ด้าน คือด้านค่านิยมของสังคม ด้านลักษณะวิชาชีพ ด้านการปฏิบัติงานและด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ร่วมงาน ผู้รับบริการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการทดสอบค่า t-test แบบ Two-Related-Samples test

         ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) นพอ. ชั้นปีที่ 1 ก่อนการทดลอง มีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลระดับดี  = 3.71 หลังได้รับการสอนแบบโครงงานในวิชาการศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อการพัฒนามนุษย์มีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลเพิ่มขึ้น อยู่ในระดับดี  = 3.94 และคะแนนเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลทั้งก่อนและหลัง ได้รับการสอนแบบโครงงานในวิชาการศึกษาทั่วไปเพื่อการพัฒนามนุษย์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2) นพอ. ชั้นปีที่ 1 มีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลระดับดี หลังการทดลองครั้งที 1  = 3.94 และเมื่อมีการติดตามครั้งที่ 2 พบว่ายังคงมีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลระดับดี  = 4.00 และคะแนนเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The Effects of Project Base Learning in General Education for Human Development Subject on Attitude Toward the Nursing Profession of First Year Air Force Student Nurses, Royal Thai Air Force Nursing College, Directorate of Medical Services.

Abstract

         This quasi experimental research aimed to study the effects of project based learning in general education for human development subject on attitude toward the nursing profession of First Year Air Force student nurses, Royal Thai Air Force Nursing
College, Directorate of Medical Services Academic year 2012. The sample is 49 First Year Air Force student nurses who studied in the second semester in academic year 2012. The project based learning in general education for human development subject program ran six steps which are; 1) brain storming to choose the title 2) survey the community for data collection 3) write the project proposal 4) hands on activity 5) report 6) show the project result. The attitude toward the nursing profession of Air Force Student Nurses contained 4 sectors such as; social value, professional characteristics, nursing practice and relationship among the others were used as the research tool and the data were analyzed by Two-Related-Samples test.

         The results were as follows: (1) The average score of the attitude toward the nursing profession of First Year Air Force student nurses was good with before they were tested 3.71 score. After they got the project based learning in general education for
human development subject program, the average score of the attitude toward the nursing profession of First Year Air Force student nurses increased to 3.94 but still good which was significantly different at level .05. (2) The average score of the attitude toward the nursing profession of First Year Air Force student nurses after their first experiment was 3.94, and after the 2nd follow up, it showed that the average score remained good, and increased to 4.00 that was significantly different at level .05.
