การรับรู้และความคาดหวังด้านการบริการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของบุคลากรสนับสนุนด้านคลินิก ในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้และความคาดหวัง   การบริการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของบุคลากรสนับสนุนด้านคลินิก ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้และความคาดหวังต่อบริการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ในบุคลากรสนับสนุนด้านคลินิกที่อยู่แผนกต่างกัน และเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้และความคาดหวังต่อบริการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ในบุคลากรสนับสนุนด้านคลินิกที่เคยได้รับและไม่เคยได้รับการอบรมด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย โดยศึกษาบุคลากรสนับสนุนด้านคลินิก 6 แผนก จำนวน 634 คน (ตำแหน่งลูกจ้างประจำ และลูกจ้างชั่วคราว สังกัดโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย) ได้แก่ หน่วยแม่บ้านและคนงาน หน่วยโภชนาการและพนักงานครัว หน่วยซักรีดและโรงซักฟอก หน่วยจ่ายกลาง หน่วยกำจัดขยะ และ หน่วยงานอื่นๆ (คนงานประจำห้องผ่าตัด และหน่วยวิสัญญี) เครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้ และความคาดหวังบริการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย มีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.90 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน unpaired t-test และ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (Analysis of variances)

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1) บุคลากรสนับสนุนด้านคลินิก มีการรับรู้บริการอาชีวอนามัย และความปลอดภัย ด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพอนามัย และด้านมาตรการความปลอดภัย อยู่ในระดับปานกลางส่วนการรับรู้ด้านการเฝ้าระวังและการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านการอบรมและบริการวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2) บุคลากรสนับสนุนด้านคลินิก มีความคาดหวังบริการอาชีวอนามัย และความปลอดภัยด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพอนามัย ด้านมาตรการความปลอดภัย ด้านการเฝ้าระวังและการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านการอบรมและบริการวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) การเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ และความคาดหวังต่อบริการอาชีวอนามัย และความปลอดภัยในโรงพยาบาลของบุคลากรสนับสนุนทางคลินิกที่อยู่แผนกต่างกัน และในบุคลากรสนับสนุนทางคลินิกที่เคย และไม่เคยได้รับการอบรมด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย พบว่ามีระดับการรับรู้และความคาดหวังด้านการจัดบริการสุขภาพอนามัย ด้านมาตรการความปลอดภัย ด้านการเฝ้าระวังและการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านการอบรมและบริการวิชาการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05

Perception and Expectation of Occupational Health Care Service and Safety for Non-Clinical Health Care Workers at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, The Thai Red Cross Society

Abstract

            The objectives of this descriptive research were to determine the perception and expectation of occupational health care services and safety of non-clinical health care workers and to compare the perception and expectation among non-clinical health care workers in different departments and different training background in occupational health and safety. There were 634 workers enrolled and worked in 6 departments of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital (the housewives, nutrition and kitchen staff, laundry, central supply unit, waste unit and others (operating room and anesthetics). The questionnaires were used for data collection. The data included baseline demographic data, assessments for perception and expectation of occupational health care services and safety were collected and analyzed. These questionnaires were evaluated for their reliabilities with Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.90 and 0.97 respectively. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, unpaired t-test and analysis of variances.

The major findings were as follow:

1. The perception of occupational health care services and safety of non-clinical health care workers about the health service and safety management were at the moderate level, while the surveillance and environmental management, training and technical service were at the low level.

2. The expectation of occupational health care services and safety of non-clinical health care workers about the health services and safety management, surveillance and environmental management, training and technical service were at high level.

3. The levels of perception and expectation of occupational health care services and safety of non-clinical health care workers were significantly different between the different departments and different training background in occupational health and safety with p value less than .05.
