ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำ หมู่บ้านในอำเภอปากพลี จังหวัดนครนายก

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ในอำเภอปากพลี จังหวัดนครนายก ตัวอย่างเป็น อสม. อายุ 18 - 59 ปี ทั้งเพศหญิงและชาย จำนวน 222 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของประชาชนเพื่อป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อและโรคไร้เชื้อ ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือจากค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .91 และ .82 ตามลำดับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสำรวจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน อำเภอปากพลี จังหวัดนครนายก อยู่ในระดับดี (M = 63.63, SD = 8.30) และคะแนนเฉลี่ยรายด้านของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พบว่า ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่อยู่ในระดับดีมาก คือ ด้านทักษะการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ (M = 16.36, SD = 2.28) และด้านทักษะการประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ (M = 16.09, SD = 2.18) และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในระดับดี คือ ด้านทักษะการเข้าใจข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ (M = 15.83, SD = 2.43) และด้านการตัดสินใจข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ (M = 15.34, SD = 2.89) สำหรับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพนั้นมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี (M = 84.65, SD = 9.92) และรายด้านของพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่พบว่าอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ได้แก่ การสูบบุหรี่ (M = 8.98, SD = 1.80) และการดื่มสุราและเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ (M = 4.64, SD = .83) และระดับดี ได้แก่ การบริโภคอาหาร (M = 22.45, SD = 3.71) การจัดการความเครียด (M = 7.95, SD = 1.84) และด้านการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อโควิด 19 (M = 33.82, SD = 6.38) ส่วนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ได้แก่ ด้านการออกกำลังกาย (M = 6.80, SD = 1.76)
ดังนั้น บุคลากรทางสุขภาพและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรพัฒนาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเพิ่มเติม เช่น การจัดโครงการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นในการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการดูแลสุขภาพของตนเองและชุมชนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
