บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยายเพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การจัดการโรคติดเชื้อทางเดินหายใจของผู้ดูแลในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้ดูแลที่ปฏิบัติงานในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 16 คน คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ดูแลมีประสบการณ์การจัดการโรคติดเชื้อทางเดินหายใจในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สรุปเป็นประเด็น 3 ประเด็นหลัก คือ 1) การจัดการมีความหลากหลาย เป็นไปตามนโยบายของศูนย์ 2) การป้องกันควบคุมโรคทำได้ดี แม้บางแห่งมีข้อจำกัด และ 3) สิ่งสนับสนุนเพื่อเพิ่มพูนประสิทธิภาพการจัดการของผู้ดูแล

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ช่วยเพิ่มความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์การจัดการโรคติดเชื้อทางเดินหายใจของผู้ดูแลในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ซึ่งสามารถนำใช้ในการวางแผนเพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อทางเดินหายใจของผู้ดูแลให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
