บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการของทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนด โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ ตัวอย่างคือทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดที่มารับบริการตรวจประเมินพัฒนาการ ที่หน่วยพัฒนาการ ศูนย์อุ่นไอรัก จำนวน 43 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบทดสอบพัฒนาการ Denver II ฉบับภาษาไทย เก็บครั้งเดียว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และหาความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวอย่าง มีอายุระหว่าง 2-18 เดือน ทารกร้อยละ 51.2 มีอายุครรภ์ระหว่าง 30-36 สัปดาห์ ทารกร้อยละ 37.2 มีน้ำหนักแรกเกิดอยู่ระหว่าง 2,000 -2,500 กรัม ผลการประเมินพัฒนาการทารกส่วนใหญ่ร้อยละ 88.4 มีพัฒนาการโดยรวมสมวัย ร้อยละ 7.0 สงสัยมีพัฒนาการล่าช้า และไม่สามารถประเมินได้ ร้อยละ 4.6 ผลประเมินรายด้านพบว่าเด็กมีพัฒนาการล่าช้าด้านการเคลื่อนไหวและการทรงตัวเพียงด้านเดียวคิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.7

ผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นข้อมูลสำหรับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการการจัดบริการให้การดูแลทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนด การส่งเสริมพัฒนาการในเวชปฏิบัติทั่วไป ตลอดจนการให้คำแนะนำในการเลี้ยงดูเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการต่อไป

A Study of Development of Preterm Infant at Police General Hospital

Abstract 

The purpose of this descriptive research aimed to study the development of preterm babies, based on conceptual framework of the Synactive theory. The sample was comprised of 43 preterm babies who attended the development unit during NOV. 2011 – JAN. 2012 at Police General Hospital. The Denver II (Thai version) was used to assess development of preterm babies. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics.

The finding showed that: the samples were 30-36 weeks of gestational age. Birth weight was between 2,100 – 2,500 grams, the majority of them with a percentage of 88.4 were normal development, 7.0 percent were suspected, and 4.6 percent were untestable. The percentage of delayed item in Gross motor was 11.7. The gestational age and birth weight showed statistically significant correlation to Gross motor, Fine motor and Social at a level p .05.

These finding serve as basic data for health care providers to caring preterm babies and promoting development of preterm babies. Therefore mothers/caregivers of them should be encouraged to promote their child’s development.
