ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการฝึกปฏิบัติงานการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลตำรวจ ชั้นปีที่ 4 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการสอนในคลินิกของอาจารย์ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษา ทัศนคติต่อการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์กับการฝึกปฏิบัติงานการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวชของนักศึกษาพยาบาลตำรวจ ชั้นปีที่ 4 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ตัวอย่างในการศึกษาเป็นการศึกษาเฉพาะนักศึกษาพยาบาลตำรวจ ชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการสอนในคลินิกของอาจารย์ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษา แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช แบบสอบถามแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ และแบบสอบถามการฝึกปฏิบัติงานการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Pearson’s product moment correlation

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. พฤติกรรมการสอนในคลินิกของอาจารย์ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.46 , SD = 0.38 ) ทัศนคติต่อการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวชโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.54 , SD = 0.68 ) แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.83 , SD = 0.40 ) และการฝึกปฏิบัติงานการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวชโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.62 , SD = 0.37 )
2. พฤติกรรมการสอนในคลินิกของอาจารย์ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษา ทัศนคติต่อการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช และแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการฝึกปฏิบัติงานการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = 0.78, 0.51 and 0.55)

Factors Related to Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing Practicum of The Fourth Year Nursing Students at Police Nursing College

Abstract 

This research was the descriptive research which had purposes for study the relationship between clinical teaching behaviors of nursing instructors in perception of nursing student, attitude toward mental health and psychiatric nursing, achievement motive, mental health and psychiatric nursing practicum of the police nursing student 70 persons, 4th class, 2011 Academic Year. Tools used in this research were questionnaire in clinical teaching behaviors of nursing instructors in perception of nursing student, attitude toward mental health and psychiatric nursing, achievement motive, mental health and questionnaire in psychiatric nursing practicum, The statistics for analysis data were mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation.

The results of research were as follows.

1. Clinical teaching behaviors of nursing instructors in perception to overall of nursing student was in high level (=4.46, SD=0.38), attitude to overall of the mental health and psychiatric nursing was in high level (=3.54, SD=0.68), overall achievement motive was in high level (=3.83, SD=0.40) and overall of mental health and psychiatric nursing practicum was in high level (=3.62, SD=0.37)
2. There were positively significant relationships between clinical teaching behaviors of nursing instructors in perception of nursing student, attitude toward the mental health and psychiatric nursing , achievement motive were positively and mental health and psychiatric nursing practicum at the .01 level (r = 0.78, 0.51 and 0.55)
