Abstract

           This article presents the results from literature review and data collection of the situation and desire of aging samples who receive services in the medical department in Police General Hospital. Some aging population are health and others have chronic illnesses that require ongoing treatment and follow-up. From the interviews with clients, some aging requires welfare programs in treatment dimension for the elderly, such as protection for pensioner groups and the unemployed group, etc. The guideline of nursing service system consists of 5 dimensions: 1) aging health care, 2) promoting mental well-being, 3) helping to solve economic problems, 4) developing the landscape to be safe, and 5) building strong social networks to achieve sustainability in development and meeting truly the needs of aging.
