ความรุนแรงแรงต่อคู่รักวัยรุ่น: ความท้าทายสำหรับพยาบาลสาธารณสุข

Abstract

                   ความรุนแรงต่อคู่รักวัยรุ่นเป็นสถานการณ์ความรุนแรงที่เกิดขึ้นในสังคมและมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น ความรุนแรงต่อคู่รักเป็นการกระทำพฤติกรรมต่างๆที่เป็นสาเหตุให้ได้รับอันตรายต่อร่างกาย จิตใจ หรือทางเพศ ความรุนแรงต่อคู่รักส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อด้านร่างกาย ทำให้เกิดการบาดเจ็บ พิการ จนถึงเสียชีวิต ด้านจิตใจ ทำให้เกิดความกดดัน ความเครียด วิตกกังวล เป็นสาเหตุให้เกิดการฆ่าตัวตาย ส่วนในด้านสุขภาพ ทำให้เสี่ยงต่อการติดโรคทางเพศสัมพันธ์ และยังมีผลกระทบทางอ้อม ทำให้เสียค่าใช้จ่ายในกระบวนการยุติธรรมและกระบวนการทางสังคมต่างๆ ที่ต้องเข้ามาบำบัด เยียวยาผู้ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการถูกกระทำความรุนแรง

                   พยาบาลสาธารณสุข เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขและพยาบาลอนามัยโรงเรียน มีบทบาทหน้าที่โดยตรงในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพเด็กวัยเรียน วัยรุ่น ในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมสุขภาพและแก้ไขปัญหาสุขภาพที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการเรียนรู้ เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมสำหรับวัยรุ่นในการก้าวเข้าสู่วัยผู้ใหญ่ในอนาคต

Dating Violence: Challenge for Public Health Nurse

Abstract

                   The incidence of dating violence in society has tended to be increasing. Dating violence is any behavior that causes physical, psychological or sexual harm to the dating partner. Dating violence was contributed to a wide range of direct impacts such as the physical an injury, a disability, and even a death. The psychological a feeling of being pressured, anxious, and depressed may lead to a cause of suicidal attempt.  An impact on health the risk of acquiring a sexually transmitted disease. There were also indirect impacts comprising the expenses for a processing in judiciary system and other social processes have to engage themselves in therapeutic activities for the victims of violence.

                   The role of public health nurses, public health personnel and school health nurses in promoting the health of children and adolescents changing and correcting their health behaviors that may be the obstacles to their learning, for health promotion of proper among teenagers to become adult in the future.
