ความต้องการการพยาบาลทางจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยสามัญ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการพยาบาลทางจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยสามัญ  ตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยสามัญ โรงพยาบาล จำนวน 226 คน  เลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และความต้องการการพยาบาลทางด้านจิตสังคม  ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นและตรวจสอบคุณภาพแล้ว วิเคราะห์หาค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม  ด้วยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ของครอนบาค (Cronbach)  ทั้งฉบับมีค่าเท่ากับ .87  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ  สถิติพื้นฐาน  การทดสอบแบบที (Independent t-test)  การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One–way ANOVA) และทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe')  ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้

1) ความต้องการการพยาบาลทางจิตสังคมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 2.27, SD. = 0.59) โดยด้านการพยาบาลที่เน้นผู้ป่วยเป็นหลัก มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (Mean = 2.99,   SD. = 0.65) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีระหว่างพยาบาลและผู้ป่วย (Mean = 2.36, SD. = 0.56) และด้านการได้รับข้อมูลที่ตรงตามความต้องการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด (Mean = 2.16, SD. = 0.67) 2) ความต้องการการพยาบาลทางจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม เพศหญิงมากกว่าผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม เพศชาย  อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ความต้องการการพยาบาลทางจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมที่มีอายุมากกว่า 60 ปี  มากกว่าผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม ที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า หรือ เท่ากับ 20 ปี  อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) ความต้องการการพยาบาลทางจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมที่มีสถานภาพสมรสหม้าย/หย่า/แยก มากกว่าผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม ที่มีสถานภาพสมรสโสด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และมากกว่าผู้ที่มีสถานภาพสมรสคู่  อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5) ผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความต้องการการพยาบาลทางจิตสังคมไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 6) ความต้องการการพยาบาลทางจิตสังคมของผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยครั้งที่  5  ขึ้นไป มากกว่าผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยครั้งที่  3  และ 4 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

PSYCHOSOCIAL NURSING NEEDS OF MEDICAL PATIENTS RECEIVING MEDICAL TREATMENT AT POLICE HOSPITAL

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study psychosocial nursing needs of medical patients receiving medical treatment at Police Hospital. The samples group chosen for the study includes 226 medical patients receiving medical treatment at Police Hospital. The subject was selected by purposive sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire that was divided into 2 parts of questionnaire. This questionnaire was tested for content validity and reliability. Statistical Methods that used to analyze data were descriptive analysis, Independent t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffe'. The research results were found that : 1) The overall of psychosocial nursing needs were at a moderate level (Mean = 2.27, SD. = .59)  The highest mean was the aspect of patient-focused nursing at a moderate level (Mean = 2.99, SD. = .65), followed by the aspect of relationship between nurses and patients were at a moderate level (Mean = 2.36, SD. = .56) and the lowest mean was an aspect of obtaining the information as requirements at a moderate level. (Mean = 2.16, SD. = .67)

2) The female-medial patients had more psychosocial nursing needs than the male-medical patients with statistical significance at .05 level. 3) The medical patients over 60 years old had more psychosocial nursing needs than the medical patients less than 60 or 20 years old with statistical significant at .05 level. 4) The  widowed, divorced and separated medical patients had more psychosocial nursing needs than the single-medical patients with statistical significance  at .01 level and the married-medical patients with statistically significant at .05 level.    5) There were no difference among the medical patients with difference level of education and 6) The medical patients admitted for the 5th time or more had more psychosocial needs than the patients admitted for the 3rd time with and more than the 4th time statistical significant at .05 level.
