ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้ภาษาจูงใจของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยกับผลผลิตของงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลผลิตของงาน ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้ภาษาจูงใจของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กับผลผลิตของงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ ตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ  ที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการพยาบาลมากกว่า 1 ปี จำนวน 180 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามผลผลิตของงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่สร้างขึ้นตามแนวคิดของ Bain (1982)  และ แบบสอบถามการใช้ภาษาจูงใจของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ที่สร้างขึ้นตามแนวคิดของ Sullivan (1988) แบบสอบถามทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา โดยพยาบาลผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน และทดสอบความเที่ยงกับพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 30 คน ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ  .97 และ .95 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

            ผลการวิจัยสรุปดังนี้

            1) ผลผลิตของงาน ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean = 4.41, SD =0.53)

            2) การใช้ภาษาจูงใจของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลผลิตของงาน ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .43)

RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN MOTIVATION LANGUAGE OF HEAD NURSE AND NURSES’ PRODUCTIVITY AS PERCEIVED BY PROFESSIONAL NURSES, POLICE GENERAL HOSPITAL

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study nurses’ productivity and to examine relationships between motivation language of head nurse and nurses’ productivity as perceived by professional nurses who worked for more than one year in Police General Hospital. Research subjects were 180 professional nurses selected by stratified random sampling. The research instruments were Nurses’ productivity Questionnaire established to follow the idea of Bain (1982) and Motivation Language of head nurse Questionnaire established to follow the idea of Sullivan (1988). All instruments were tested for the content validity from 3 knowledgeable nurses and tested for reliability with Cronbach’s  Alpha Coefficient from 30 professional nurses of .97 and .95, respectively. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation.

Major findings were as follows:

1. Nurses’ Productivity was at high level (Mean = 4.41,  SD =0.53).

2. Motivation language of head nurse were positively related to productivity at p = .05 level (r = .431).
