ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่รักษาด้วยยาฉีดอินซูลินร่วมกับยารับประทาน

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบบรรยายเชิงความสัมพันธ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่รักษาด้วยยาฉีดอินซูลินร่วมกับยารับประทาน โดยใช้ทฤษฎีการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของ Pender  (2006) เป็นกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย ตัวอย่างอายุ 20-59 ปี จำนวน 143 คน ที่มารับบริการคลินิกเบาหวาน โรงพยาบาลตำรวจ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและความเจ็บป่วย แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ประโยชน์ในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้อุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบสอบถามอิทธิพลด้านสถานการณ์ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

            ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1) ตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean = 3.17 SD = .55) 2) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม อิทธิพลด้านสถานการณ์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่รักษาด้วยยาฉีดอินซูลินร่วมกับยารับประทานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .46, .72, .38, .24 และ 3) ระดับน้ำตาลเฉลี่ยสะสมในเลือด  ภาวะแทรกซ้อน การรับรู้อุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่รักษาด้วยยาฉีดอินซูลินร่วมกับยารับประทานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = - .43,- .30,- .19)

FACTORS RELATED TO HEALTH PROMOTING  BEHAVIORS OF TYPE 2 DIABETES PATIENTS WITH INSULIN AND ORAL AGENT THERAPY

Abstract

This correlation research was aimed to study the health promotion behaviors and the factors related to health promotion behaviors among type 2 diabetes patient with insulin and oral agent therapy. The theoretical framework was Pender’s Health Promoting Model. The eligible participants were 143  type 2 diabetes patients with insulin and oral agent therapy who had age between 20 – 59 years old and were recruited from the Diabetic outpatients department of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Police General Hospital and Thammasat University Hospital. The instruments for collecting data were the Diagnosis assessment and treatment form, the Perceived Benefits Questionnaire, the Perceived Barrier Questionnaire, the Perceived Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, Social Support Questionnaire, Situational Influences Questionnaire, and Health Promotion Behaviors Questionnaire.  Data were analyzed with the descriptive statistics and Pearson’s Product Moment correlation.

The major findings were as followed: a) The health promotion behaviors among type 2 diabetes patients with insulin and oral agent therapy were at a good level (Mean = 3.17 SD = .55); b) There were positively statistical correlation between perceived benefits, perceived self-efficacy, social support, situational Influences and health promotion behaviors among type 2 diabetes patients with insulin and oral agent at the significant level of .05 (r = .46, .72, .38, 0.24, respectively) and c) There were negatively statistical correlation between Hemoglobin A1c, diabetic complication, perceived barrier and health promotion behaviors among type 2 diabetes patients with insulin and oral agent at the significant level of .05. (r = - .43,- .30,- .19 respectively)
