Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของการเรียนการสอน ด้านความรู้ เจตคติ และทักษะในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนแบบใช้วิจัยเป็นฐาน 2) เปรียบเทียบความรู้ และทัศนคติของนักเรียนพยาบาล ก่อนและหลังการฝึกปฏิบัติ 3) ศึกษากระบวนการเรียนรู้จากการฝึก และ 4) ศึกษาข้อคิดเห็นต่อการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนแบบใช้วิจัยเป็นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2551 จำนวน 39 คน  เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แผนการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนแบบวิจัยเป็นฐาน แบบทดสอบความรู้ในการดำเนินงานอนามัยชุมชน  แบบสำรวจทัศนคติต่อการฝึก  แบบประเมินทักษะการฝึก แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อการฝึกปฏิบัติ การสะท้อนผลการปฏิบัติและแบบบันทึกการเรียนรู้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย สถิติที และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้  1) นักเรียนพยาบาล มีความรู้ด้านการดำเนินงานอนามัยชุมชนภายหลังการฝึกปฏิบัติสูงกว่า ก่อนการฝึกปฏิบัติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01  2) นักเรียนพยาบาลมีทัศนคติค่อนทางบวกทั้งก่อนและหลังการฝึกปฏิบัติและแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) คะแนนรวมทักษะการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนแบบใช้วิจัยเป็นฐาน อยู่ในระดับที่ดีมาก  4) นักเรียนพยาบาลสามารถประยุกต์นำขั้นตอนการวิจัยเข้าไปในแต่ละขั้นตอนของการดำเนินงานอนามัยชุมชนได้ โดยอยู่บนหลักการชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม 5) ความคิดเห็นต่อการฝึก ทั้งคะแนนรายข้อ และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

The Effectiveness of The Community Health Practicum with Research-Based of Nursing Student, The Royal Thai Navy College of Nursing

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the effectiveness of the practicum included knowledge, attitude and performance of nursing students who implemented the community health nursing practicum with research-based 2) to compare knowledge and attitude between before and after practicing 3) to study learning process after practicing and 4) to study the opinions of

nursing students on the suitability of the practicum. The samples were 39 fourth-year nursing students of The Royal Thai Navy College of Nursing in academic year 2008. The research instruments included community health nursing practicum with research-based plan, community health test, attitude survey, community health nursing practicum checklist, opinions on the suitability of the practicum questionnaire, after action review and learning logs. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired t-test and content analysis for qualitative data. The results were as follows:1) The post-test mean scores of community health test were significantly higher than the pre-test mean scores, at the .01 level. 2) Nursing students had positive attitudes towards participation in community health nursing practicum with research-based both before and after practicing, and the average scores of pre/post-test were not significantly different. 3) The scores of community health performance were above sixty percent which was prior set as criterion score. Most of scores were at good level. 4) The analysis of the learning process of  the nursing students after practicing, and found that nursing students expressed their abilities to integrate the research method into each stage of the community health process, based on the community’s participation. 5) The opinions of nursing students on the suitability of the practicum, it was found that they agreed with suitability of the practicum, according to their itemized and total scores thereon.
