ผลการปรึกษาตามทฤษฎีโครงสร้างต่อบทบาทการเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่น

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาผลการปรึกษาตามทฤษฏีโครงสร้าง ต่อบทบาทการเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่น อายุ 14-17 ปี ที่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์และคลอดบุตรที่โรงพยาบาลสิรินธร จำนวน 16 ราย ที่มีคะแนนการทำแบบวัดบทบาทการเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่นต่ำกว่าเปอร์เซ็นไทล์ที่ 25 โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ในการแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 8 รายและกลุ่มควบคุม 8 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบวัดบทบาทการเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่น  และโปรแกรมให้การปรึกษาตามทฤษฏีโครงสร้าง มารดาวัยรุ่น ในกลุ่มทดลองจะได้รับการปรึกษา สัปดาห์ละ 2 ครั้ง ติดต่อกัน  5 สัปดาห์ รวมเป็น 10 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 60 นาที ส่วนมารดาในกลุ่มควบคุมจะได้รับการปฏิบัติตามแนวของโรงพยาบาลกำหนด ระยะการเก็บข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะก่อนการทดลอง ระยะหลังการทดลอง และระยะติดตามผล จากนั้นนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำประเภทหนึ่งตัวแปรระหว่างกลุ่มและหนึ่งตัวแปรภายในกลุ่ม  เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจึงทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของ     นิวแมน – คูลส์

ผลการวิจัย  พบว่า มารดาวัยรุ่นที่ได้รับการปรึกษาตามทฤษฏีโครงสร้าง มีคะแนนบทบาทการเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่นแตกต่างจากมารดาวัยรุ่นที่ไม่ได้รับการปรึกษาตามทฤษฏีโครงสร้างในระยะหลังทดลอง และระยะติดตามผล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมารดาวัยรุ่นที่ได้รับการปรึกษาตามทฤษฏีโครงสร้างมีคะแนนบทบาทการเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่นในระยะหลังทดลอง และระยะติดตามผลแตกต่างจาก ระยะก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The Effect Of Structural Counseling Theory On Maternal Role

Of Youth Mothers

Abstract

The  purposed of this research were aimed to study the effects of structural counseling theory on maternal roles of youth mothers.The research was quasi-experimental design. The  purposive  sample composed of 16 people who youth mothers aged 14 – 17 years old, who had maternal role of youth mothers test less than 25th  percentile. They were randomly assigned into two groups equally: an experimental group and a control group with 8 people members in each. The instruments used in this study included maternal role of youth mothers test and structural theory counseling program. A 5-week counseling sessions, 2 sessions a week, was given to youth mother in experimental group. Each session lasted 60 minutes. The youth mothers in control group followed the hospital’s guidelines. The data collecting procedure was divided into 3 phrases: the pretest, the posttest and the follow-up. The data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance: one between-subjects variable and one within-subjects variable and paired-difference test by Newman-Keuls procedure.

Result the results revealed that the levels of youth mothers  in the study and the control groups were significant interaction at .05 level when measured in the post - test and the follow - up phases. The levels of youth mothers  in the study group in the post - test and the follow up phases were statistically significant at .05 level from these in the pre - test phase.
