Mean, standard deviation, independent t-test and dependent t-test were used for analysis.

The results revealed that mean differences of nursing advocacy score of the experimental were higher than those of the control group (t=2.51, p<.05). For the experimental group, the mean score of nursing advocacy after the experiment was higher than mean score before experiment (t=34.90, p<.05). This research results indicate that the experimental model can be implemented in other patient units in government hospital in order to promote safety professional nursing practice.
