The Cronbach's alpha coefficient were .94, .98, and .89 respectively. Research data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research finding were as follows: 1) Age was significantly positively correlated with job burnout (r=.59, p<.01). Hardiness and empowerment were significantly negatively correlated with job burnout (r=-.62 and -.56 respectively, p<.001). 2) Age, hardiness, and empowerment could significantly explain variance of job burnout.
