บทคัดย่อ

Abstract

Introduction: skeletal muscle degradation (Rhabdomyolysis) is a condition in which skeletal muscle breaks down acutely. Often the result is related to injury. until releasing toxins into the bloodstream and excreted through the kidneys causing the ureter to become blocked Acute kidney failure occurred. and can also cause the patient's death.

Objective: To study the use of the nursing process in nursing care of patients with skeletal muscle degeneration from severe accidents combined with acute kidney failure.

Methods: This is a case study of 2 patients with skeletal muscle degeneration from severe accidents combined with acute kidney failure. The use of the nursing process is analyzed.

Results: Both patients had skeletal muscle degeneration from severe accidents along with acute kidney failure. The results of the analysis of health status data and health problems of patients and families found that there were 6 identical nursing diagnoses: 1) having hypovolemic shock 2) having rhabdomyolysis 3) having an imbalance of water and electrolytes. Electrolyte 4) Discomfort due to wound pain 5) Relatives are worried about illness 6) Decrease in daily activities due to movement restriction. Different nursing diagnoses are Case study number 1 Lost appearance due to having his right leg amputated The second case study had acute kidney failure. The nursing results showed that all problems were resolved. Both patients received care. until symptoms improve and can be discharged from the hospital
