Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการประยุกต์ใช้ Satir model ต่อความมั่นใจในการหลีกเลี่ยงการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควร เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองชนิดกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลัง และวัดหลายครั้งแบบอนุกรมเวลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนหญิงอายุ 11-15 ปี ที่กำลังศึกษาในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ในเขตชุมชนเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม มีการสุ่มเข้าการทดลองด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจ????ำนวน 34 คน ยินดีเข้าร่วมการวิจัยและผู้ปกครองอนุญาต และเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมครบ 3 ครั้ง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการประยุกต์ใช้ Satir model แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบประเมินความมั่นใจในการหลีกเลี่ยงการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรนา และสถิติการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ (one-way repeated measurement ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความมั่นใจในการหลีกเลี่ยงการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ก่อนวัยอันควรหลังการทดลองครั้งที่ 1 อยู่ในระดับมาก และมากกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .01) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความมั่นใจตามระยะเวลาที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม (1, 3, 6 สัปดาห์) มีความแตกต่างกัน และมีความมั่นใจมากกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .01) จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำโปรแกรมนี้ไปจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการแก่ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยม เพื่อถ่ายทอดความรู้และหาแนวทางในการนำโปรแกรมไปใช้กับนักเรียนหญิงระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ในชุมชนอื่นที่คล้ายคลึงกับชุมชนเมืองจังหวัดนครปฐม ต่อไป

The purpose of this research was to study the result of applying Satir model program on the confidence of avoiding premature sexual. The quasi research in one group was used by pre-test and post-test as time series. The sample comprised of 34 female students, 11–15 years old in primary school of Nakhon Pathom Province by multistage sampling. There were 34 samples who were willing to participate and received permission from parents and attended the program until finished (3 times). Research Instrumentation including the applying Satir model program and the confidence of avoiding premature sexual questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and One – Way repeated measurement ANOVA. Main results found that: the samples have confidence level to avoiding premature sexual relation after participate in first time is significantly different (p <01). Compared the confidence of avoiding premature sexual relation before and after participate program (weeks 1, weeks 3 and weeks 6) were significantly different (p < .01) and there were statistically significant differences after participate were higher than before participate (p < .01). Furthermore, recommendation to do training the teachers in primary school to gain knowledge and find the way to avoid premature sexual relation in female pupils in primary school in another area which is the similar to urban area, Nakhon Pathom Province.
