บทบาทของพยาบาลกับการตรวจคัดกรองโรคติดเชื้อในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ Nursing Role and Screening about Infection Disease in pregnant Women

Abstract

การตรวจคัดกรองโรคติดเชื้อในสตรีตั้งครรภ์มีความสำคัญต่อชีวิตมารดาและทารก เพราะในสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่มีการติดเชื้อจะส่งผลระทบต่อมารดาและทารกในครรภ์ เช่น ทารกเกิดการติดเชื้อและหรือพิการแต่กำเนิด ปัญญาอ่อน บวมน้ำ และทารกเสียชีวิตในครรภ์ได้ รวมทั้งส่งผลกระทบต่อชีวิตมารดา พยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในแผนกฝากครรภ์จึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการตรวจคัดกรองสตรีตั้งครรภ์ คือ 1) การให้การปรึกษาก่อนการเจาะเลือดเพื่อให้เกิดความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการเจาะเลือด 2) การให้การปรึกษาหลังการตรวจเลือด กรณีที่พบความผิดปกติพยาบาลจะต้องประเมินการรับรู้ที่มีต่อโรคในด้านความรู้และความวิตกกังวลที่เกิดขึ้น และจะต้องให้ข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม 3) การแนะนำวิธีลดและการจัดการกับความวิตกกังวลโดยเปิดโอกาสให้ระบายความรู้สึก การฝึกวิธีการผ่อนคลาย การเสริมสร้างพลังด้านบวกทั้งพลังใจในตนเองและพลังสนับสนุนของครอบครัว 4) คำแนะนำถึงวิธีการปฏิบัติตนที่ถูกต้องเพื่อให้สามารถในการดูแลตนเองและทารกในครรภ์ให้ปลอดภัย ซึ่งบทบาทของพยาบาลดังกล่าวจะช่วยให้สตรีตั้งครรภ์และทารกปลอดภัยจากการติดเชื้อ และลดความพิการในทารกลงได้

Nursing Role and Screening about Infection Disease in pregnant Women

The Screening about Infection Disease in Pregnant Women is important to the life of mother and infant because if Pregnant Women have Infection Disease,
it will affect her and the infant. For example, infant will infect and (or) become
congenital disability, retard, edema and could be the reason for infant to die inside the womb. Thus, it is also including the affect to the mother’s life too.
So, the important Role of Nursing and Screening about Infection Disease in the
Pregnancy Department are 1) To give advice to patient before do the blood sample in order that patient will realize how importance is the blood sample. 2) To give advice when nurses find out some abnormalities after the blood sample. 3) To give encouragement, try to reduce stress and worries to Pregnant Women by listening to their problems with interest, soothing them and suggest their husbands and relatives to support them with cares. 4) Nurses should give advice and suggestion to Pregnancy Women of how to perform themselves correctly in order to take care and handle themselves and infant safely and prevent the fetus from abnormally.
