Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เจตคติต่อการเรียน และการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้รายวิชาการดูแลแบบผสมผสานและการบำบัดทางเลือกของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 และชั้นปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2556 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์เกื้อการุณย์ มหาวิทยาลัยนวมินทราธิราช จำนวน 210 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยวิธีการสุ่ม ใช้หลักความน่าจะเป็น (probability sampling) เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามมีจำนวน 3 ตอน ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบสอบถามเจตคติต่อการเรียน และแบบสอบถามการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาการดูแลแบบผสมผสาน และการบำบัดทางเลือกของกลุ่มตัวอย่างอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก (X = 75.2, SD = 4.37) ด้านเจตคติต่อการเรียนอยู่ในระดับดี (X = 4.06, SD = 0.60) ด้านการนำความรู้จากรายวิชาการดูแลแบบผสมผสานและการบำบัดทางเลือกมาประยุกต์ใช้อยู่ในระดับมาก (X = 0.85, SD = 0.41)ผลศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เจตคติต่อการเรียน กับการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้จากรายวิชาการดูแลแบบผสมผสานและการบำบัดทางเลือกพบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้รายวิชาการดูแลแบบผสมผสานและการบำบัดทางเลือกอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนเจตคติต่อการเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกปานกลางกับการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้รายวิชาการดูแลแบบผสมผสานและการบำบัดทางเลือกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r= 0.393) จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรจัดการเรียนการสอนที่พัฒนาพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลทั้งด้านความรู้ เจตคติ และการปฏิบัติให้มากขึ้น และจัดให้มีเนื้อหาการเรียนที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริงกับผู้ป่วย และประชาชนในชุมชน โดยใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์เพื่อให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลเกิดความมั่นใจว่าความรู้ที่ได้จากการเรียนนั้นสามารถนำไปใช้โดยไม่มีผลข้างเคียงต่อสุขภาพ

The relationship among education’s learning achievement, attitude in studying, and modification of study complementary and alternative therapies of nursing students

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship among education’s
learning achievement, attitude towards studying, and modification of study
complementary and alternative therapies of nursing students. The probability
sampling method was used for selecting the 210 second year and third year
nursing students who have studied in academic year 2013 at Kuakarun Faculty
of Nursing, Navamindradhiraj University. The instrument for data collection
composed of three parts: demographic data with education’s learning achievement questionnaire, attitude towards studying questionnaire, and modification of study complementary and alternative therapies questionnaire. The statistics of frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation were used for data analysis. The result were as follows: the education’s learning achievement of complementary and alternative therapies was in a very good level (X = 75.2, SD = 4.37). The attitude towards studying was in a good level (X = 4.06, SD = 0.60). The application of using a modification of study complementary and alternative therapies was in a good level (X = 0.85, SD = 0.41). The results of the relationship among education’s learning achievement, attitude in studying, and modification of study complementary and alternative therapies of nursing students showed that the education’s learning achievement had non significantly related to the modification of study. The attitude in studying had moderate positively to modification of study at the significant level of .01 (r = .393). The findings suggests that the learning process should promote more learning behavior of nursing students in knowledge, attitude and skills as well as improve the ability in applying integration the learning into community services based on evidence based practice with confidence and no harm.
