Effectiveness of Computer Assisted Instruction on Home Health Care for Nursing Students of Kuakarun Faculty of Nursing

Abstract

The purposes of this research were, 1) to construct computer assisted instruction (CAI) on Home Health Care for nursing students of Kuakarun Faculty of Nursing 2) to compare the scores before and after of learning with computer assisted instruction on Home Health Care for nursing students. The sample groups were 30 nursing students of Kuakarun Faculty of Nursing. They were selected by sample random sampling choosing 1 class (consisting of 30 students) from 2 classes

to learn the computer assisted instruction. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean score, standard deviation, and t-test. The result of research were as follows: 1). the computer assisted instruction on Home Health Care for nursing students of Kuakarun Faculty of Nursing student had efficiency at 81.33/83.56 that was higher than the 80/80 standard criteria, 2). the learning achievement was significantly higher than the pre-test at .05 3). the sample group had satisfaction with studying the computer assisted instruction at the highest level.
