Abstract
The parent’s preterm infant preparations for continuing development support at home are very important. Since preterm infants have immature body structures and their central nervous system are malfunctions, especially seeing, hearing, and motor systems. These are affected on delayed growth and development. Therefore, they need a special program for stimulating child development when discharged. Since when they were admitted in the neonatal intensive care unit, they were separated from parents due to their low resistance, limited time of visiting, and nursing unit environment resulted in decreasing connection with their parents. Moreover, their parents lock of opportunity to observe infant's behaviors response, and fully stimulating development. To be trained in infants learning behaviors and how to care them before discharged, those parents could be able to apply their training experiences to care infants at home appropriately. Therefore, the preparation for continuing development support at home among parents can affect directly to their better infants' development.
