Abstract

Social that has value of giving importance to objects, money, and consume what they can not produce themselves is called social consumerism that affect to the country including health care  system, such as  commercial health care,  brain drain of personal health care team, difference in opportunity to receive health care and cure emphasize on disease more than patients. If health care teams appreciate money or objects more than maintaining at moral and ethical in their own professions, people or consumer will receive health care which depends on economic status more than respected on human rights.                     The purpose of this journal paper are 1) Health care in consumerism  2) The effect of consumerism to health care system and 3) Ways for Thai's health service system to maintain in consumerism times
