บทบาทพยาบาลไตเทียมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม

ปัจจุบันผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่ต้องได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น ผู้สูงอายุเป็นกลุ่มผู้ป่วยที่มีความเปราะบางสูง มีโรคร่วมหลายประการ และต้องการการดูแลที่ซับซ้อน พยาบาลไตเทียมเป็นบุคลากรที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโดยเฉพาะกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ ดังนั้น บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหา ภาวะแทรกซ้อน และบทบาทพยาบาลไตเทียมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมในด้านต่าง ๆ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนทางระบบไหลเวียนโลหิตระหว่างการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม การดูแลหลอดเลือดสำหรับฟอกเลือด การบรรเทาอาการเหนื่อยล้า การส่งเสริมภาวะโภชนาการ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนด้านจิตใจและสังคม มุ่งเน้นการดูแลทางการพยาบาลแบบองค์รวม ทั้งด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ และสังคม เพื่อค้นหาปัญหา รวมทั้งวางแผนการพยาบาลเพื่อป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อน ส่งเสริมภาวะโภชนาการ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวันโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ป่วย ครอบครัว และทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้ป่วย
