ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการให้บุตรฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครยะลา

การวิจัยแบบพรรณนาเชิงทำนายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ ปัจจัยเสริมกับการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครอง และอำนาจทำนายการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองในการให้บุตรฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ปกครองเด็กที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ชั้นประถมศึกษา ปีที่ 1 - 6 โรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครยะลา ได้จากการคัดเลือกแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาอยู่ในช่วง .67 - 1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้านความรู้ โดยวิธี KR-20 เท่ากับ .83 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค ทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครอง ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยนำด้านความรู้ ทัศนคติ และความเชื่อ (r = .441, .278 และ .412 ตามลำดับ) ปัจจัยเอื้อ (r = .421) และปัจจัยเสริม (r = .410) โดยตัวแปรทั้ง 5 ตัวแปร สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการตัดสินใจของผู้ปกครองได้ร้อยละ 32.00 (adjusted r square = .320, p-value < .001) ดังนั้น เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขในพื้นที่ควรมีการรณรงค์ให้ความรู้ที่หลากหลายช่องทาง เพื่อสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวัคซีนป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในเด็กอายุ 5 ปี จนถึงน้อยกว่า 12 ปี แก่ผู้ปกครองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อประกอบ
การตัดสินใจยินยอมให้เด็กได้รับวัคซีน
