ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในสถานการณ์ การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของประชาชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส โคโรนา 2019 ของประชาชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มหลายขั้นตอน ได้จำนวน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรม การดูแลตนเองในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โดยตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเครื่องมือโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้เท่ากับ .60 - 1.00 และวิเคราะห์ความเที่ยง โดยใช้ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ .85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติไคสแควร์
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในระดับดี ( = 2.54, S.D = .689) และพบว่า พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพอเพียงของรายได้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับเพศ อายุ อาชีพหลัก อาชีพเสริม รายได้ และจำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว ข้อเสนอแนะจากงานวิจัยนี้ ควรมีการประเมินการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง เพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นใจในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ที่พึงประสงค์ต่อไป
