Abstract

Cancer of the vagina is one of the gynecological cancers that radiotherapy has the role in curative aim. The risk factors, causes and symptoms are the same as cancer of the cervix. For curative aim, radiotherapy has the role in primary and postoperative treatment. The concerns in radiotherapy to vagina need to consider in optimal radiation dose and tolerance of adjacent normal tissues to get the good results and less toxicity.
