มะเร็งของเต้านมในเพศชาย

บทคัดย่อ

มะเร็งของเต้านมในเพศชายพบได้ไม่บ่อย ในราย งานนี้นำเสนอผู้ป่วยมะเร็งของเต้านมในเพศชาย 1 ราย มาด้วยเรื่องก้อนที่เต้านมด้านขวา ได้ทำการรักษาด้วย การผ่าตัด Modified radical mastectomy แล้วได้ให้ เคมีบำบัดและรังสีรักษาหลังการผ่าตัด ผู้ป่วยมาตรวจ ติดตามผลการรักษาโดยไม่มีโรคเป็นกลับมาใหม่และ ไม่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่ร้ายแรงจากการรักษา และได้ รวบรวมรายงานต่างๆ มานำเสนอ เกี่ยวกับโรคนี้โดยมี หลายรายงานพบว่ามะเร็งของเต้านมในเพศชายเป็น ในผู้ป่วยที่มีอายุมากกว่าในเพศหญิงและมีระยะของ โรคเป็นมากกว่า การตรวจด้วย Mammography มี ประโยชน์ในการช่วยแยกมะเร็งกับ Gynecomastiaได้ดี ผู้ป่วยมี Estrogen receptor และ progesterone Receptor เป็นบวกมากกว่าเพศหญิง การรักษาด้วย ฮอร์โมนควรใช้ Tamoxifen เป็นยาตัวแรก ซึ่งน่าจะดีและ เหมาะสมที่สุด รังสีรักษาก็มีข้อบ่งชี้ ในกรณีที่ผู้ป่วยมี ความเสี่ยงที่จะกลับเป็นใหม่สูง (เพราะมาด้วยระยะของ โรคที่สูงกว่า) การพยากรณ์โรคจะประมาณใกล้เคียงกัน กับผู้ป่วยมะเร็งของเต้านมในเพศหญิงเมื่อเทียบกับอายุ ระยะของโรค และภาวะ Estrogen receptor และ progesterone receptorที่เหมือนกัน
