ความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่สมอง ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่สมองที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ และเปรียบเทียบความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่สมองระดับรุนแรงเล็กน้อย และระดับรุนแรงปานกลางถึงมาก เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2566 ถึง มกราคม 2567 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เป็นบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางสายเลือดหรือทางกฎหมายหรือเครือญาติที่มีความผูกพันใกล้ชิด และเป็นผู้ดูแลหลักผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่สมองที่เข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาลในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตศัลยกรรมอุบัติเหตุ หอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตศัลยกรรมประสาท และหอผู้ป่วยหนักศัลยกรรมประสาท อย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง จำนวน 205 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบรวบรวมข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่สมอง แบบรวบรวมข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกครอบครัว แบบสอบถามความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่สมองระยะวิกฤต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และ สถิติทดสอบแมนวิทนียู
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่สมองที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โรงพยาบาล ระดับตติยภูมิ มีความต้องการโดยรวมของสมาชิกครอบครัวอยู่ในระดับมาก (ˉx= 3.5, S.D.= 0.28) และความต้องการ รายด้าน ได้แก่ ความต้องการด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร (ˉx= 3.7, S.D.= 0.26) ความต้องการด้านจิตสังคม (ˉx= 3.62, S.D.= 0.35) และ ความต้องการด้านจิตวิญญาณ (ˉx= 3.43, S.D.= 0.49) อยู่ในระดับมาก ขณะที่ความต้องการด้านร่างกาย อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ˉx= 3.25, S.D.= 0.55) โดยความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บที่สมองระดับรุนแรงเล็กน้อย และระดับรุนแรงปานกลางถึงมาก แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p>.05)
ผลการศึกษานี้สนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้วยมิติจิตวิญญาณ ในการส่งเสริมปฎิสัมพันธ์ที่เอื้อต่อการเยียวยาระหว่างทีมผู้ให้บริการ ผู้ป่วย และครอบครัว และพยาบาลในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตควรให้ความสำคัญกับการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเพื่อให้ตรงกับความต้องการของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยมากที่สุด
