บทคัดย่อ

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) เป็น mesenchymal tumors ของ gastrointestinal tract และ non-GI tract เช่น mesentery และ omentum ซึ่งพบได้ไม่บ่อย ส่วนใหญ่ GIST พบที่ กระเพาะอาหาร และ ลำไส้เล็ก พบได้น้อยที่หลอดอาหาร, ลำไส้ใหญ่ และ ลำไส้ตรง ในบทความนี้ ได้รายงานผู้ป่วย 1 รายที่เป็น GIST ที่ ทวารหนัก โดยผู้ป่วยมาด้วยก้อนที่ทวารหนัก และได้รับการผ่าตัดโดยวิธี transanal excision หลังผ่าตัดไม่พบภาวะแทรกซ้อน Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) is the mesenchymal tumors of gastrointestinal tract and non-gastrointestinal tract such as mesentery and omentum. The most common site of GISTs are stomach and small intestine and the rare sites are esophagus, colon and rectum. This is a case report of GISTs of anus. She presented with mass at anal canal and was received treatment by trananal excision and no post-operative complication.
