Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Please ensure the components of the first page in order are title, all contributing authors, their office, abstract, keywords as well as corresponding author, contact office, telephone number and email. These components should provide both in Thai and English languages.
- The abstract should be written in one paragraph (not subtitles) which includes introduction, statement of problem, objective of the study, methodology results, brief discussion, and conclusion. The abstract must not exceed 400 words both in English and in Thai if available.
- The article should be prepared in A4, must not be longer than 25 pages, and use TH Sarabun PSK font 14 point, 1.5 line spacing, both in Thai and in English language if available. The detail instruction for manuscript preparation indicates in author guideline.

The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in Submission Preparation Checklist.
- All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- If the manuscript is requested to withdraw after submission and has entered the editorial processes, the authors are responsible for reviewing expenses and other processing fees.
Case report
SHMJ accepts all case-report/case-series that have never been previously published or not under simultaneous consideration by another publications. Accepted manuscript become the property of Saraburi Hospital Medical Journal. We recommend to the authors of manuscript to follow the code good clinical practice (GCP) guideline. Potential of any conflicts of interest must be declaired in the manuscript.
Manuscript preparation : All manuscripts for case-report/case-series must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format. All words must be typed single-space; used a 12-point font of TH SarabunPSK; limited to 2,000 word count; if necessarily, prefer italics rather than underlying (except URL address); and all inllustrations, figures, and tables are placed with in the text at the appropriate points. Margins must be at least 1 inch.
Title : The titile must be short, specific, and clear. The title page should be typed on a separated sheet and include the full name, degree and academic affiliations of all authors, and the address, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers of ther first and corresponding authors.
Abstracts : Authors must submit abstract in both Thai and English versions. It must provide concise information in not more than 200 words.
Illustrations and tables: All illustrations must be submitted in color, .png or .jpg file, not more than 2 pictures. The letters in the tables must be legible after reduction to column size. We limit the number of tables to not more than 2. All pictures and tables must not beyond 3 items.
References : References should be listed in consecutive order as they are cited in the text or table, no alphabetically. Unpublished data and personal communication are not accepted. Form of the references pertain according to the style used in Index Medicus (Nature) i.e. citation1 . URLs for the references should be provided if available. The references should be more than 10 citations.
