การดัดแปลง แปลและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบสอบถามความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับเคมีบำบัด สำหรับผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านม ฉบับภาษาไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดัดแปลงแปลและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบสอบถามความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับเคมีบำบัด สำหรับผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านม ฉบับภาษาไทย จำนวน 11 ข้อ โดยใช้กระบวนการแปลไปข้างหน้าและแปลย้อนกลับ (forward–backward translation) ตามแนวทางของบริสลิน (Brislin, 1970) การศึกษาประกอบด้วย 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 เป็นการดัดแปลง แปลและตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาดำเนินการโดยผู้แปลอาชีพที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ แบบสอบถามฉบับแปลย้อนกลับได้รับการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องจากผู้พัฒนาเครื่องมือต้นฉบับ ส่วนฉบับภาษาไทยได้รับการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 ท่าน และปรับแก้ตามข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อให้สื่อความหมายสอดคล้องกับต้นฉบับอย่างเท่าเทียม ระยะที่ 2 เป็นการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่อยู่ระหว่างการตัดสินใจเลือกรับการรักษาด้วยเคมีบำบัดตามคำแนะนำของแพทย์ผู้ดูแล อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 30 ราย จากโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า แบบสอบถามฉบับภาษาไทยมีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Item‑Content Validity Index, I‑CVI และ Scale‑Content Validity Index/Average, S‑CVI/Ave) เท่ากับ 1 ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่า ข้อคำถามมีความครอบคลุม เหมาะสม และสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของการวัดความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับเคมีบำบัด สำหรับการทดสอบความเที่ยง (Reliability) พบว่า แบบสอบถามมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient) เท่ากับ 0.947 สรุปได้ว่า แบบสอบถามฉบับภาษาไทยมีคุณภาพทั้งด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและความเที่ยง เหมาะสมสำหรับใช้ประเมินความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับเคมีบำบัดในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านม
