บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยกึ่งทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการส่งต่อข้อมูลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งต่อคุณภาพของการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ออฟฟิเชียลแอคเคานต์ของพยาบาลเครือข่ายมะเร็งและอัตราการเข้ารับการรักษาของผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลเครือข่ายมะเร็งเขตสุขภาพที่ 5 และผู้ป่วยที่เพิ่งได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคมะเร็ง จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 30 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 30 คนโดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่โปรแกรมการส่งต่อข้อมูลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเพื่อการรักษาด้วยแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ออฟฟิเชียลแอคเคานต์ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบสอบถามคุณภาพของการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ออฟฟิเชียลแอคเคานต์และแบบบันทึกการเข้ารับการรักษา จากเวชระเบียนโปรแกรม HOSxP ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.94 และหาความเชื่อมั่นค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.92 วิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและ สถิติ Paired t-test, Independent t-test,Chi-squareผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยคุณภาพการใช้งานสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(p<.05)โดยกลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก(=4.38,S.D.=.36)กลุ่มควบคุมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(=3.23,S.D.=.24)2)หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมกลุ่มทดลองมีอัตราการเข้ารับการรักษาของผู้ป่วยสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(p<.05)และ3)กลุ่มทดลองมีอัตราการเข้ารับการรักษาของผู้ป่วยหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(p<.05)ผลการวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมการส่งต่อข้อมูลผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเพื่อการรักษาสามารถช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยเข้ารับการรักษาได้ทันที ดังนั้น ผู้บริหารสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัด สามารถนำโปรแกรมการส่งต่อข้อมูลผู้ป่วยไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับพัฒนาระบบการส่งต่อข้อมูลผู้ป่วยระหว่างโรงพยาบาลเครือข่ายเขตสุขภาพและเป็นแนวทางในการประยุกต์ระบบส่งต่อเครือข่ายโรคเรื้อรังอื่น ๆ
