บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแปลและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบประเมินการจำแนกประเภทผู้สูงอายุด้วยรูปภาพ ซึ่งแปลจากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทยโดยใช้กระบวนการแปลย้อนกลับ 5 ขั้นตอน (Brislin, 1970; 1986) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินดัชนีบาร์เธลเอดีแอล และ แบบประเมินการจำแนกประเภทผู้สูงอายุด้วยรูปภาพ ฉบับภาษาไทย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปด้วยสถิติบรรยาย วิเคราะห์ความตรงตามเนื้อหาด้วยการคำนวณดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหารายด้านและทั้งฉบับ และตรวจสอบความตรงตามเกณฑ์สัมพันธ์โดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันผลการวิจัย พบว่า แบบประเมินการจำแนกประเภทผู้สูงอายุด้วยรูปภาพ ฉบับภาษาไทย มีความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาและความเท่าเทียมกันด้านความหมายกับเครื่องมือต้นฉบับ มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหารายด้านและทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .89 .89 1.0 .89 และ .92 ตามลำดับ มีความตรงตามเกณฑ์สัมพันธ์โดยสามารถจำแนกผู้สูงอายุเข้ากลุ่มได้ถูกต้อง และมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับแบบประเมินดัชนีบาร์เธลเอดีแอล ทุกด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นอกจากนี้ยังมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น โดยคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .87 ผลการวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า แบบประเมินนี้มีคุณภาพ สามารถนำไปจำแนกประเภทผู้สูงอายุเพื่อให้การพยาบาลได้อย่างเหมาะสมต่อไป
