การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับพยาบาลในการจัดการความปวดเฉียบพลัน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับพยาบาลในการจัดการความปวดเฉียบพลัน การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การสร้างแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับพยาบาลในการจัดการความปวดเฉียบพลัน โดยการศึกษาเอกสารวิชาการและสนทนากลุ่มในทีมวิจัย และ 2) การตรวจสอบคุณภาพแอปพลิเคชันด้านความเหมาะสม สอดคล้อง และเป็นไปได้ของแอปพลิเคชันโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 6 ท่าน และผู้ใช้แอปพลิเคชันซึ่งเป็นผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลและพยาบาลวิชาชีพ รวม 10 ท่าน เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ ประเด็นสำหรับการศึกษาเอกสารวิชาการและสนทนากลุ่ม และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแอปพลิเคชันซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content validity) โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์และนิยามศัพท์เท่ากับ 0.67-1.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) แอปพลิเคชันที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นมีชื่อว่าแอปพลิเคชัน N-MAP (An Application for Nurses to Manage Acute Pain) ประกอบด้วย หลักการและเหตุผล แนะนำวิธีการใช้งาน วิเคราะห์ระดับความปวด การจัดการความปวด และการประเมินความปวดซ้ำ และ 2) แอปพลิเคชันมีคุณภาพโดยรวมทั้ง 3 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 4.41, S.D. = 0.45) โดยมีคะแนนสูงสุดคือด้านความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 4.46, S.D. = 0.43) รองลงมาคือด้านความสอดคล้องอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 4.44, S.D. = 0.57) และด้านความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean = 4.05, S.D. = 0.82) ดังนั้น จึงควรนำแอปพลิเคชันไปทดลองใช้ในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยและประเมินผลลัพธ์ด้านประสิทธิผลของการจัดการความปวดเฉียบพลันต่อไป
