การพัฒนารูปแบบความรอบรู้สุขภาพด้านสุขภาพช่องปากของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในเขตสุขภาพที่ 5

บทคัดย่อ
การสำรวจสภาวะสุขภาพช่องปากระดับประเทศ ครั้งที่ 8 พบเด็กวัยเรียนกลุ่มอายุ 12 ปี มีความชุกของ โรคฟันผุร้อยละ 52.0 เหงือกอักเสบ ร้อยละ 66.3 ผู้วิจัยจึงทำวิจัยเชิงวิจัยและพัฒนา เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบความรอบรู้ สุขภาพด้านสุขภาพช่องปากของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในเขตสุขภาพที่ 5 ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 วินิจฉัยปัญหา ในกลุ่มนักเรียนประถมศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 6 จำนวน 400 คน ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครู ทันตแพทย์/ทันตาภิบาล ผู้ปกครองระยะที่ 2 ระยะพัฒนารูปแบบฯ ได้นำรูปแบบฯที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปใช้กับกลุ่มนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 40 คน โดยใช้แผนกิจกรรม3 ฐาน และ 6 มิติ ระยะที่ 3 ประเมินผลรูปแบบฯ ในนักเรียนกลุ่มเดียวกับ ระยะที่ 2 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตั้งแต่ 23 พฤศจิกายน 2561-30 เมษายน 2562 โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึก คราบจุลินทรีย์ และแบบสัมภาษณ์วิเคราะห์ค่าความตรงของเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.89 และค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.879 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติ Paired t-test วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักเรียนยังไม่ตระหนักในการดูแลช่องปากตนเอง สื่อการสอนไม่เพียงพอและ ต้องการ ให้มีการอบรมการดูแลรักษาฟันที่ถูกต้อง ใช้สื่อการสอนที่ทันสมัย คะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านของความ รอบรู้สุขภาพด้านสุขภาพช่องปากทั้ง 6 มิติ หลังการใช้รูปแบบฯ ( = 2.50, S.D. = 0.11) สูงกว่าก่อนใช้ ( = 3.54, S.D. = 0.14) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 และมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบฯที่พัฒนาขึ้นอยู่ในระดับสูง ดังนั้นโรงเรียนในพื้นที่ควรนำรูปแบบฯนี้ไปใช้ในการดูแลนักเรียนประถมศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
