ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพัฒนาการด้านการใช้ภาษาสมวัยของเด็กปฐมวัยในจังหวัดสุโขทัย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับพัฒนาการทางด้านการใช้ภาษาของเด็กปฐมวัย ในจังหวัดสุโขทัย และ 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิลต่อพัฒนาการด้านการใช้ภาษาสมวัยของเด็กปฐมวัยในจังหวัดสุโขทัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็น ผู้ดูแลที่ดูแลเด็กไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือนและเด็กปฐมวัยที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 2 ปี ถึงอายุ 5 ปี ในจังหวัดสุโขทัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น จำนวน 370 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไป ข้อมูล ด้านพฤติกรรมการเลี้ยงดูของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่ส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านการใช้ภาษา และแบบประเมินพัฒนาการคู่มือ การเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการการเด็กด้านการใช้ภาษาคำนวณค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach's coefficient) เท่ากับ 0.84และ 0.72 ตามลำดับ จึงนำไปใช้ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างต่อไป สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยโลจิสติก (Binary logistic regression) สรุปผล ได้ดังนี้ มากกว่าครึ่งหนึ่งของเด็กปฐมวัยที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง (ร้อยละ 59.20) มีพัฒนาการด้านการใช้ภาษาสมวัย คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมของผู้เลี้ยงดูที่ส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านการใช้ภาษา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือ ด้านร่างกายส่วนพฤติกรรมของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่ส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านการใช้ภาษาที่อยู่ในระดับดี คือ ด้านอารมณ์ ด้านสังคม และด้านสติปัญญาสมวัย ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลกับระดับพัฒนาการด้านการใช้ภาษาที่สมวัยของเด็กปฐมวัยในจังหวัด สุโขทัย ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาในการดูโทรทัศน์ ระยะเวลาการเล่นเกมส์คอมพิวเตอร์/เล่นเกมส์มือถือ สถานภาพสมรส ของพ่อแม่ และอายุของผู้ดูแลเด็ก
