บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาโมเดลความสัมพันธ์ของคุณลักษณะ (อายุ และ ระยะเวลาการดูแล) ความรู้ และพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้อโคโรนาไวรัสของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่มารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้าย จำนวน 150 คน เลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม คุณภาพเครื่องมือได้ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.94 และค่าความเที่ยงส่วน ความรู้ ด้วยวิธีคูเดอร์และริชาร์ดสัน เท่ากับ 0.71 และพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อโคโรนาไวรัส หาค่าสัมประสิทธ์แอลฟ่า ครอนบาค (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient) เท่ากับ 0.93 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณาและสถิติวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลความสัมพันธ์ของคุณลักษณะ (อายุ และ ระยะเวลาการดูแล) ความรู้ ต่อพฤติกรรมป้องกันการติดเชื้อโคโรนาไวรัสของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้าย มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (Chi-square = 1.00, GFI = 0.92, CFI =0.94, NFI = 0.94, RMSEA= 0.00, RMR = 0.02) โดยปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะ (อายุ และ ระยะเวลาการดูแล) ความรู้ของผู้ดูแลมีอิทธิพลทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม ต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโคโรนาไวรัส สำหรับผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้าย มีอำนาจการทำนาย ร้อยละ 50 การวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ดูแล เป็นปัจจัยที่ สำคัญต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อโคโรนาไวรัส ดังนั้นหน่วยงานบริการควรเพิ่มการส่งเสริมความเข้าใจแก่ผู้ดูแล เพื่อให้ผู้ดูแลสามารถดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไตวายเรื้อรังที่เผชิญกับโรคติดเชื้ออุบัติการณ์ใหม่ในอนาคตได้
