บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการด้านงานคัดกรองผู้ป่วยแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ในยุควิถีชีวิตใหม่ โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ เขตสุขภาพที่ 2 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีคุณสมบัติด้านการคัดกรองปฏิบัติงานมาไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือน จำนวน 12 คน ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัญหา ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน 9 ประเด็นย่อยดังนี้ 1.ด้านผู้ป่วยและผู้ให้ข้อมูล มี 2 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 1) ความซับซ้อนทางอาการของผู้ป่วย 2) ความพร้อมของญาติหรือผู้ให้ข้อมูล 2.ด้านผู้คัดกรองมี 3 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 1) ขาดพยาบาลคัดกรองช่วงเวรดึก 2) อัตรากำลังของทีมหนุนเสริมไม่ตอบสนองความต้องการ 3) ประสบการณ์ของพยาบาลคัดกรองไม่เพียงพอ 3.ด้านเครื่องมือและระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มี 2 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 1) เครื่องมือในการคัดกรองยากต่อการใช้งาน 2) เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศซับซ้อน และ 4. ด้านสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ มี 2 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 1) ความไม่ชัดเจนในการเข้าถึงการคัดกรอง 2) อุปกรณ์การคัดกรองไม่เพียงพอส่วนข้อค้นพบความต้องการ ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน 7 ประเด็นย่อย ดังนี้ 1. ด้านผู้คัดกรองมี 3 ประเด็น คือ1) เพิ่มพูนประสบการณ์พยาบาลคัดกรองอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 2) เพิ่มอัตรากำลังใน 3 รอบการปฏิบัติงาน 3) เพิ่มอัตรากำลังทีมหนุนเสริม 2. ด้านเครื่องมือและระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มี 1 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 1) ลดความซับซ้อนของเครื่องมือ การคัดกรองและระบบบันทึกข้อมูลและ 3. ด้านสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ มี 3 ประเด็นย่อย คือ 1) แยกพื้นที่เฉพาะในการคัดกรอง 2) ป้ายแสดงจุดคัดกรองที่ชัดเจน 3) อุปกรณ์การคัดกรองเพียงพอ
