Primary Adenocarcinoma of the Epididymis: Case Report

Primary adenocarcinoma of the epididymis is extremely rare. Most epididymal tumors are either benign tumors or metastatic malignant tumors from other organs. I report pathological features from a case of primary adenocarcinoma of the epididymis in a patient who presented with scrotal mass and hydrocele and underwent orchidectomy. Following treatment, there was no evidence of tumor recurrence at the operative site or metastasis to distant organs.
