Abstract

Leishmaniasis not a common disease in South-East Asia. Cutaneous manifestations often present as a granulomatous plaque. We report the different form of cutaneous manifestation in patient with visceral leishmaniasis and HIV co-infection. The first patient is a 41-year-old male presented with fever and hepatosplenomegaly for 1 month. He also had multiple firm whitish nodules on face, upper and lower extremities for 5 years. The second patient is a 34-year-old female presented with fever hepatosplenomegaly and multiple erythematous patches and plaques on face, upper and lower extremities for 1 month. They were treated with amphotericin B.
