          In the past, the teaching and learning system of medical students was conducive to the development of medical students' knowledge and skills. But today Thai society is changing. Patient Rights Patient And more and more medical litigation. Doctors do not want to risk. It will not provide the opportunity for medical students to perform the procedure in their care. But them will do the procedure instead. Later physicians have fewer procedural experiences. The results of the doctor. And finally, the consequences come to the patient .To fix this Institutions and personnel involved in the manufacture of the medical device must be given priority. Understand the practice and provide legal knowledge to medical students, medical professors. Take responsibility and help for unwanted results way to lead to a lawsuit or complaint. The doctor must be in full-time teaching in order to prevent mistakes that will occur .To reduce the potential risk and bring legal, ethical, and disciplinary action.
