การดึงฟันตัดกลางซี่บนฝังด้วยวิธีการทางทันตกรรมจัดฟัน : รายงานผู้ป่วย

บทคัดย่อ

การฝังตัวของฟันตัดกลางซี่บนเป็นสภาวะที่พบได้ไม่บ่อยนัก แต่ส่งผลกระทบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความสวยงามของใบหน้า การออกเสียง และความเชื่อมั่นในตนเองของผู้ป่วย การตรวจวินิจฉัยที่ถูกต้องแม่นยำจึงเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่นำไปสู่การรักษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งแนวทางในการรักษามีตั้งแต่การติดตามอาการ การกำจัดสิ่งกีดขวางการขึ้นของฟัน การถอนฟันฝังออกร่วมกับการใส่ฟันเทียม ไปจนถึงการทำศัลยกรรมเปิดเหงือกร่วมกับการดึงฟันฝังด้วยแรงทางทันตกรรมจัดฟัน รายงานผู้ป่วยฉบับนี้เสนอการรักษาผู้ป่วยชายไทยอายุ 14 ปี ที่มีสภาวะฟันตัดกลางบนซี่ขวาฝัง โดยได้รับการรักษาด้วยเครื่องมือทันตกรรมจัดฟันแบบติดแน่น ร่วมกับการผ่าตัดเปิดเหงือกเพื่อดึงฟันฝังเข้าสู่ส่วนโค้งแนวฟัน ผลการรักษาพบว่าฟันที่ฝังสามารถเคลื่อนเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสมได้ สภาวะปริทันต์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี การเรียงตัวและการสบฟันดีและมีเสถียรภาพ
