มะเร็งเยื่อบุผิวปฐมภูมิชนิด Adenocarcinoma ของ Epididymis เป็นโรคที่พบได้น้อยมาก เนื้องอกของ Epididymis ส่วนใหญ่มักเป็นเนื้องอกที่ไม่ใช่มะเร็งหรือเป็นมะเร็งที่มีการแพร่กระจายมาจากอวัยวะอื่น รายงานผู้ป่วยฉบับนี้นำเสนอลักษณะทางพยาธิวิทยาของมะเร็งชนิดนี้ ในผู้ป่วยที่มาด้วยก้อนที่บริเวณถุงอัณฑะร่วมกับถุงน้ำอัณฑะและได้รับการรักษาด้วยการผ่าตัดอัณฑะ ภายหลังการรักษาไม่พบก้อนกลับเป็นซ้ำในบริเวณผ่าตัดหรือการกระจายตัวของเนื้องอกไปยังอวัยวะอื่นๆ ในร่างกาย
