บทคัดย่อ

   การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ชมเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมกีฬา อย่างไรก็ตาม กลุ่มผู้หญิงที่ไม่ชมกีฬา ยังคงมีสัดส่วนการรับชมกีฬาในระดับต่ำ ส่งผลต่อการขยายฐานผู้ชมและการสร้างรายได้ ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงช่องว่างเชิงโครงสร้างของอุตสาหกรรมกีฬาในการเข้าถึงและพัฒนากลุ่มผู้บริโภคที่มีศักยภาพสูงแต่ยังไม่ได้รับการใช้ประโยชน์อย่างเต็มที่ทั้งในมิติทางเศรษฐกิจและการเติบโตระยะยาวของอุตสาหกรรม
     บทความปริทัศน์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจำแนกกลุ่มและอุปสรรคต่อการรับชมกีฬา โดยมุ่งเน้นการรับชมกีฬาผ่านสื่อ (media viewership) ในชนิดกีฬาที่นักกีฬาหญิงไทยมีศักยภาพการแข่งขันในระดับนานาชาติ เช่น วอลเลย์บอลและแบดมินตัน โดยอาศัยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงพรรณนา (Narrative Review)เพื่อชีให้เห็นภาพรวมขององค์ความรู้ในประเด็นดังกล่าว จากการทบทวนและังเคราะห์วรรณกรรม ผู้วิจัยเสนอว่า กลุ่มผู้หญิงที่ไม่ชมกีฬามีความหลากหลายและสามารถจำแนกออกเป็นกลุ่มย่อยตามพฤติกรรมและทัศนคติ
ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายนี้มีลักษณะร่วมทางพฤติกรรมและแรงจูงใจที่แตกต่างจากกลุ่มที่เป็นแฟนกีฬาอย่างชัดเจน นอกจากนี้ยังมีความต้องการในการบริโภคสื่อกีฬาที่จำเพาะเจาะจงมากกว่ากลุ่มผู้บริโภคสินค้าหรือบริการกีฬาทั่วไป ขณะที่อุปสรรคต่อการรับชมกีฬาประกอบด้วยปัจจยั ด้านสังคม วัฒนธรรม และการรับรู้ ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องพิจารณาร่วมกับการจำแนกกลุ่ม
เพื่อทำความเข้าใจผู้บริโภคอย่างครอบคลุม บทความนี้นำำสนอแนวทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ในทางปฏิบัติสำหรับผู้มีส่วนเกียวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมกีฬา รวมถึงข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการวิจัยในอนาคต
