บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความเครียดและปัจจัยทำนายความเครียดของผู้สูงอายุตอนต้น โดยศึกษาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุตอนต้น ที่มีอายุ 60 - 69 ปี ในอำเภอวังทอง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 420 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม แบบสอบถามปัจจัยด้านสุขภาพ แบบทดสอบการรู้คิดบกพร่องในผู้สูงอายุ แบบวัดความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง แบบสอบถามปัจจัยด้านครอบครัวและสังคม และแบบประเมินความเครียดสวนปรุง (SPST-20) โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นระหว่าง 0.71-0.73 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณหลายขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุตอนต้นส่วนใหญ่มีความเครียดในระดับน้อย (ร้อยละ 40.0) ปัจจัยทำนายความเครียดของผู้สูงอายุตอนต้น ประกอบด้วย ประวัติการหกล้มในรอบ 6 เดือน ( $\beta$ = 0.236, p-value < 0.001) การสูญเสียทางเศรษฐกิจ ( $\beta$ = 0.213, p-value < 0.001) การรู้คิดบกพร่อง ( $\beta$ = 0.179, p-value < 0.001) สภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพรอบที่อยู่อาศัย ( $\beta$ = 0.154, p-value < 0.001) ความเพียงพอของรายได้ ( $\beta$ = 0.134, p-value < 0.001) การมีที่พักอาศัย ( $\beta$ = 0.130, p-value = 0.001) อายุ ( $\beta$ = 0.091, p-value = 0.013) สิทธิการประกันสุขภาพ ( $\beta$ = -0.108, p-value = 0.002) และความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง ( $\beta$ = -0.248, p-value < 0.001) โดยปัจจัยเหล่านี้สามารถทำนายความเครียดของผู้สูงอายุตอนต้นได้ ร้อยละ 50.0 ข้อเสนอแนะจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ควรมีการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่อยู่อาศัยของผู้สูงอายุให้เหมาะสมปลอดภัยเพื่อป้องกันการหกล้มและลดการเกิดความเครียดของผู้สูงอายุ
