ผลของการใช้โปรแกรมป้องกันภาวะซึมเศร้าในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอท่าหลวง จังหวัดลพบุรี

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมป้องกันภาวะซึมเศร้าที่บูรณาการทักษะความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอท่าหลวง จังหวัดลพบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงเฉพาะผู้มีความเสี่ยงต่อโรคซึมเศร้า (ผ่านเกณฑ์ 2Q และคะแนน 9Q อยู่ระหว่าง 7 - 18 คะแนน) จำนวน 74 คน กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 37 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมป้องกันภาวะซึมเศร้าจำนวน 5 ครั้ง ในระยะเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ เครื่องมือประเมินผ่านการตรวจสอบ IOC (0.67–0.87) และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา Paired t-test, Independent t-test และ Chi-square test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ก่อนการทดลอง ทั้งสองกลุ่มมีสัดส่วนความเสี่ยงภาวะซึมเศร้า คะแนนความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ และคะแนนความรุนแรงของภาวะซึมเศร้าไม่แตกต่างกัน (p > 0.05) หลังการทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความฉลาดทางอารมณ์เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.001) และสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (p < 0.001) ด้านภาวะซึมเศร้า กลุ่มทดลองมีสัดส่วนผู้มีความเสี่ยงลดลงจากร้อยละ 48.65 เหลือร้อยละ 21.62 และมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรุนแรง (9Q) ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทั้งภายในกลุ่ม (p < 0.001) และต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (p < 0.001) ขณะที่กลุ่มควบคุมไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p > 0.05) สรุปได้ว่า โปรแกรมช่วยส่งเสริมความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และลดความรุนแรงของภาวะซึมเศร้าในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตเชิงรุกในสถานศึกษาได้
