บทคัดย่อ
โรคมะเร็งเต้านมเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญและเป็นสาเหตุการเสียชีวิตอันดับต้น ๆ ของสตรีทั่วโลก การตรวจเต้านมด้วยตนเองถือเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการค้นหาโรคแต่เนิ่น ๆ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง มุ่งเน้นศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้สุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านมและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการตรวจเต้านมด้วยตนเองของสตรีกลุ่มเสี่ยงในตำบลเขารูปช้าง อำเภอเมืองสงขลา จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และสถิติอนุมานสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ สเปียร์แมน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สตรีส่วนใหญ่มีความรอบรู้สุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านมในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.52, SD = 0.78) ความรู้อยู่ในระดับไม่ดี (ร้อยละ 60.00) มีทัศนคติในเชิงบวกต่อการตรวจเต้านมด้วยตนเอง (ร้อยละ 84.25) แต่พฤติกรรมการตรวจเต้านมด้วยตนเองยังอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (ร้อยละ 57.50) และมีทักษะการตรวจที่ถูกต้องคิดเป็น ร้อยละ 29.50 โดยแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์สูงสุดกับพฤติกรรมการตรวจเต้านมด้วยตนเอง (rs = 0.79, p < 0.01) รองลงมาคือความรอบรู้สุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านม (rs = 0.66, p < 0.01) ความรู้และทัศนคติมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมการตรวจเต้านมด้วยตนเองในระดับน้อย(rs = 0.37, rs = 0.22, p < 0.01) ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า การส่งเสริมความรอบรู้สุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็งเต้านม โดยเน้นการสาธิตและฝึกปฏิบัติจริง ร่วมกับแรงสนับสนุนจากชุมชนควรถูกพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการตรวจเต้านมด้วยตนเองในระยะยาว
