บทคัดย่อ
จากสถิติการเกิดอุบัติเหตุทางถนน พ.ศ. 2566 ในประเทศไทยและจังหวัดปทุมธานี พบว่าส่วนใหญ่เกิดอุบัติเหตุบนถนนทางหลวง ยานพาหนะรถจักรยานยนต์ เพศชาย กลุ่มอายุ 20 - 29 ปี และเมื่อวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม 2566 ทีมปฏิบัติการสอบสวนควบคุมโรคร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่ ลงสอบสวนอุบัติเหตุหมู่รถชนกัน 4 คัน บนทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 1 พหลโยธิน จังหวัดปทุมธานี เพื่ออธิบายเหตุการณ์ ค้นหาปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุและส่งผลต่อการบาดเจ็บ เสนอมาตรการป้องกันการเกิดเหตุ ลดการสูญเสียจากอุบัติเหตุ โดยรวบรวมบันทึกการรักษาของโรงพยาบาลและสัมภาษณ์ผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับเหตุการณ์ วิเคราะห์หาปัจจัยการบาดเจ็บด้วยวิธีการ Haddon matrix พบว่ามีผู้ประสบอุบัติเหตุทั้งหมด 21 ราย บาดเจ็บรุนแรง 1 ราย มีแผลฉีกขาดริมฝีปากล่าง ฟันหน้าหัก เลือดออกในสมอง เป็นผู้โดยสารรถตู้โดยสารสาธารณะ ไม่คาดเข็มขัดนิรภัย นั่งเบาะข้างคนขับฝั่งซ้าย รับแรงกระแทกอย่างรุนแรงจากการถูกชน บาดเจ็บปานกลาง 6 ราย และบาดเจ็บเล็กน้อย 14 ราย เพศชาย 8 ราย เพศหญิง 13 ราย อายุเฉลี่ย 35.71 ปี อายุต่ำสุด 14 ปี และสูงสุด 59 ปี รถที่ประสบอุบัติเหตุจำนวน 4 คัน ได้แก่รถกระบะส่วนบุคคล รถกระบะดัดแปลงบรรทุกแก๊ส รถตู้โดยสารสาธารณะ และรถจักรยานยนต์ ปัจจัยต่อการบาดเจ็บทางถนนในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ 1) ผู้ขับขี่รถคันที่ 1 ขับรถสวนช่องจราจรระยะทางประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตร มีประวัติรักษาโรคจิตเภท และไม่ชำนาญเส้นทาง 2) รถที่มีความเสี่ยง ได้แก่ รถบรรทุกแก๊สที่มีการดัดแปลงบรรทุกน้ำหนักเกิน รถตู้โดยสารที่บรรทุกผู้โดยสารเกินกว่ากฎหมายกำหนด มีผู้โดยสารยืนในรถ 2 คน และผู้โดยสารไม่คาดเข็มขัดนิรภัย ถนนลักษณะมีทางร่วม 200 เมตร มาตรการป้องกันการบาดเจ็บ ได้แก่ การบังคับการใช้กฎจราจร การเข้มงวดออกใบอนุญาตการขับขี่รถแต่ละประเภท การตรวจสภาพรถและอุปกรณ์ส่วนที่ดัดแปลงอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และให้ความรู้แก่ชุมชนต่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจร
