บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research PAR) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบ การส่งเสริมสุขภาพสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนบ้านหนองประทุม ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยผู้สูงอายุจากชมรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ บ้านหนองประทุม ร่วมกับผู้นำชมรม คณะกรรมการผู้สูงอายุ ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขและสมาชิกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 119 คน โดยใช้วิธีการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ดำเนินการระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม 2566 ถึงเมษายน 2567 เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน Paired t-test ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเก็บด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม พร้อมวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนบ้านหนองประทุมสามารถพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างเป็นระบบ ผ่านการดำเนินงาน 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ การวางแผน ดำเนินการ กำกับติดตาม และประเมินผล
2) สถานการณ์สุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน มีข้อจำกัดด้านโภชนาการและการออกกำลังกาย แต่มีความเข้มแข็งด้านจิตใจและสังคมสูง จึงนำไปสู่ 3) การพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ โภชนาการ การออกกำลังกาย การดูแลจิตใจและสังคม และการป้องกันภาวะสมองเสื่อม ซึ่งได้รับความร่วมมือจากภาคีเครือข่ายในชุมชนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและยั่งยืน ผลการเปรียบเทียบคะแนน ADL ก่อนและหลังการฟื้นฟูพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุทุกกลุ่มมีคะแนน ADL เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มติดเตียง (p < 0.001) สะท้อนประสิทธิผลของกระบวนการฟื้นฟู โดยขั้นตอนต่อไปคือ ติดตามผลลัพธ์ของรูปแบบการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และภาวะสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี เพื่อประเมินผลกระทบและความยั่งยืน โดยเก็บข้อมูลทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อปรับปรุงและขยายผลการดำเนินงานในชุมชนอื่น ๆ ได้ในอนาคต
