ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดโรคลมร้อนกลุ่มเกษตรกร จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดโรคลมร้อน (Heat stroke) กลุ่มเกษตรกร อำเภอปักธงชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เกษตรกร จำนวน 1,024 คน ที่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมทั้งปีและสัมผัสแสงแดดตลอดเวลา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม - กรกฎาคม 2566 โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ และสถิติถดถอยโลจิสติกพหุตัวแปร (Multiple logistic regression) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 54.4 อายุในระหว่าง 31 - 40 ปี ร้อยละ 28.9 การศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ร้อยละ 32.3 มีอาชีพทำไร่อ้อย ไร่ข้าวโพด ไร่มันสำปะหลังมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 30.5 และ ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว ร้อยละ 88.1 สำหรับพฤติกรรมที่เหมาะสมได้แก่ การสวมเสื้อผ้ามิดชิด เช่น กางเกงขายาว เสื้อแขนยาว ถุงมือ หมวก เพื่อป้องกันแสงแดดร้อยละ 80.0 ส่วนพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสมเสี่ยงต่อการเจ็บป่วยจากอากาศที่ร้อนจัด เช่น การดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์ในขณะทำงานเพื่อกระตุ้นระบบประสาท ร้อยละ 5.9 ด้านผลกระทบทางสุขภาพ พบว่ามีอาการวิงเวียนศีรษะ ปวดศีรษะ หน้ามืดมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 38.7 รองลงมา คือ อาการหน้าซีด ตัวเย็น คล้ายจะเป็นลม ร้อยละ 11.3 จากการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิดโรคลมร้อน พบว่าในขณะที่เกษตรกรทำงานกลางแดดนาน ๆ แล้วหยุดพักในร่มจะมีโอกาสป่วยเป็นโรคลมร้อนน้อยกว่าเกษตรกรที่ไม่หยุดพักในร่มเลยถึง 0.24 เท่า หรือ ประมาณร้อยละ 24 (Adjusted Odds Ratio, (AOR) = 0.24 ; 95 % CI : 0.10 - 0.55) และยังพบว่ามีเกษตรกรที่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีแอลกอฮอล์หรือยาเสพติดเวลาทำงานเพื่อกระตุ้นระบบประสาท ร้อยละ 5.9 ซึ่งมีโอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการเป็นโรคลมร้อนมากกว่าเกษตรกรที่ไม่ดื่มถึง 6.13 เท่า (AOR = 6.13 ; 95 % CI : 4.03 - 12.61)
